About Michael
Michael is the CEO and is a former youth & community practitioner. He has worked across London delivering specialised projects targeting young people who are disadvantaged and socially excluded and has developed training programmes for youth workers enabling them to deliver high quality recreational and educational activities which help to improve self-confidence and broaden opportunities for young people. Michael is extremely passionate about youth work and the wider impact it has on the community.

Finance Manager
About Barbara
Barbara has lived in the local area for all of her life and has been the Finance Manage since 2010.
Liam Clipsham
Senior Development Manager
About Liam
Liam has more than 15 years’ experience in the Not-for-Profit sector and has worked in both grant-giving and fundraising and development. He has worked for a number of youth and community organisations in London and is passionate about facilitating youth social action programmes and developing projects that address the most significant social challenges of the moment. He is also a Trustee for numerous charities.
Edward Simpson
Joint CEO
About Ed
Ed is the joint CEO and has spent most of his career in the 3rd sector. He grew up in West London and has worked all over the country, and a few times in other counties. He leads on the HR and Operations side of the Harrow Club.

Mathilde Glossop
Programme Manager, Juniors & Transition
About Mathilde
Mathilde has grown up in the local neighbourhood and has been involved in youth work since she was 17 years’ old. She has worked in primary schools in three different boroughs both as a classroom assistant as well as in a 1-2-1 support capacity. Additionally, she has worked in the US and with the Youth Offending Team in the UK. She has been involved in the Club for over 16 years, most recently as Junior Youth Team Worker in Charge and was then appointed Youth Engagement Manager in April 2019. Mathilde has just completed a BA in Youth Work and Youth Justice.

Samuel Short

About Samuel
Sam has worked across London in youth provisions for over 10 years ranging from targeted youth groups to open access provisions. Sam’s focus is engaging young people through all levels of sport whether it be recreational or at competition level. Sam is extremely passionate about youth work and providing young people with the tools to positively impact their future.
