About Michael
Michael is the CEO and is a former youth & community practitioner. He has worked across London delivering specialised projects targeting young people who are disadvantaged and socially excluded and has developed training programmes for youth workers enabling them to deliver high quality recreational and educational activities which help to improve self-confidence and broaden opportunities for young people. Michael is extremely passionate about youth work and the wider impact it has on the community.

Barbara has lived in the local area for all of her life and has been the Finance Manage since 2010.
Ros Oxley
COO
About Ros
Ros Oxley has spent her entire career in the commercial world, first working in the City and then running a large events portfolio for Informa, the world’s largest events’ organiser. With a team of 250 staff and a turnover of £60m, the portfolio delivered over 830 events from small training courses to large exhibitions. Ros has joined the Harrow Club as Interim COO, bringing with her considerable commercial and organisational expertise which will be focused on strengthening the organisation at a time of expanding service delivery necessitated by the needs of the young people and community with which we work.
Liam Clipsham

About Liam
Liam has more than 15 years’ experience in the Not-for-Profit sector and has worked in both grant-giving and fundraising and development. He has worked for a number of youth and community organisations in London and is passionate about facilitating youth social action programmes and developing projects that address the most significant social challenges of the moment. He is also a Trustee for numerous charities.

Steve Davies
Programme Manager – Seniors & Sports & Safeguarding Lead
About Steve
Steve has worked at the Harrow Club for nearly 11 years and now manages our 3 satellite clubs and Seniors youth club. His responsibilities include overseeing and supporting all the Youth Workers in Charge to provide the best quality youth work possible. He is also responsible for making important links into the community, especially with schools, that enable us to develop quality partnership work and extend our reach into the local communities. He is also a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Young Hammersmith & Fulham Foundation.
Mathilde Glossop
Programme Manager, Juniors Transition
About Mathilde
Mathilde has grown up in the local neighbourhood and has been involved in youth work since she was 17 years’ old. She has worked in primary schools in three different boroughs both as a classroom assistant as well as in a 1-2-1 support capacity. Additionally, she has worked in the US and with the Youth Offending Team in the UK. She has been involved in the Club for over 16 years, most recently as Junior Youth Team Worker in Charge and was then appointed Youth Engagement Manager in April 2019. Mathilde has just completed a BA in Youth Work and Youth Justice.
